By installing or using the Check-it Outlook add-in ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please uninstall the add-in.

2. Description of Service

Check-it is an Outlook add-in that helps users triage unread emails by scanning, prioritizing, summarizing, and providing quick reply options. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

3. Free and Pro Plans

• Free Plan: Includes limited daily usage of scanning, summarizing, and replying features.
• Pro Plan: Unlocks unlimited usage and additional features for a monthly subscription fee. License keys are non-transferable.

4. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for any actions performed by Check-it on your behalf (e.g., sending replies).
• You must have a valid Microsoft 365 account to use the Service.
• You agree not to use the Service for spam, harassment, or any illegal activity.

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of Check-it is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Check-it processes email data client-side and does not store or transmit your data to external servers.

6. Intellectual Property

Check-it and all associated code, designs, and content are the intellectual property of the Check-it team. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the Service without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Check-it and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service. This includes but is not limited to unintended email replies, data loss, or service interruptions.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the add-in.

10. Refund Policy

Pro license purchases are non-refundable once the license key has been activated. If you experience issues, contact us for support before requesting a refund.
