I clicked "Scan Unread Emails" but nothing happens.
Make sure you allow the Microsoft sign-in popup. If it's blocked, check your browser popup settings. In Outlook desktop, try clicking "Scan" again after the popup closes.
Mark All Read says "0 marked as read" even though I have unread emails.
This is a Pro feature that requires the Mail.ReadWrite permission. If you recently upgraded to Pro, click "Scan Unread Emails" first to refresh your session, then try Mark All Read again.
I bought a Pro license — where is my key?
Your license key is shown on the payment confirmation page immediately after purchase. It is also emailed to you. If you didn't receive it, check your spam folder or contact us below.
How do I activate my Pro license?
Open the Check-it task pane in Outlook ? go to the Settings tab (??) ? paste your license key ? click Activate. Make sure you are signed in with the same Microsoft account you used to purchase.
Can I use my license on multiple devices?
Yes. Your license is tied to your email address, so you can use it on any device where you sign into Check-it with that email.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Contact us at support@checkit-addin.com and we'll cancel it within 1 business day. You can also manage your subscription directly via the Stripe customer portal link sent in your receipt email.
I want a refund.
